Hogan claims Denton leaked the story to hurt Hogan’s $100 million lawsuit against Gawker. In the documents filed, if Hogan’s suspicious are found to be true, Hogan wants anyone involved in the leak to be arrested and wants the judge to automatically declare him the winner in the $100 million lawsuit. Gawker on their part issued this statement to TMZ:
Hulk Hogan has only one person to blame for what he said and no one from Gawker had any role in leaking that information.
